Aleigh Lewis is an editor based in Los Angeles. She is a graduate of Oberlin College and holds an MFA from CalArts. She is currently working on the hit ABC show Mixed-ish. Past assistant editor credits include Charmed, Green Book, and Cobra Kai. Past editing credits include season two of KCET’s Lost LA series, Random Acts of Kindness, Naked and Afraid, Bob’s Burgers, Project Runway, Project Runway Allstars, Weed Wars.
Aleigh’s experience ranges from experimental film to photography to theater. In 2009, The Closest Farthest Away, a multi-channel video and live theater production premiered at the Havana film festival to three sold out nights in an 800 person seat theater. In 2010 Aleigh was selected for a prestigious four month residency at the Le Centquatre in Paris, France.
She is an active adventure playground advocate and recently spearheaded a loose parts recess program at Mt. Washington Elementary school. Additionally she loves native gardening and lives in Mt. Washington with her composer husband and two small girls.
